Before contacting support
- Confirm the app is updated through Google Play or the Apple App Store.
- Describe the screen and action that caused the issue.
- Include a screenshot when possible, but remove sensitive customer or payroll information.
- Create a backup before clearing app data or uninstalling.
Subscription help
Purchases, cancellations and payment methods are managed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. In the app, use Restore Purchase when a valid subscription is not recognized.
Backup help
The user must open a writable subfolder in the Android system folder picker. Some storage providers do not allow choosing their top-level root. Create or open a subfolder, then choose “Use this folder.”
Data deletion requests
Most app data is stored on the user's device and can be deleted in the app or through Android app-storage settings. For support records held by us, use the form above or email us.
